The COVID-19
pandemic has completed changed the world that we live in. The majority of the
country is still in complete lockdown, with all transport and non-essential

measures:
- The entire staffmust be wearing N95 masks and gloves at all times.
- Hand sanitizers must be available in each room and at every point of the resort.
- At the reception area, the floor should be marked at every 2 meters distance so guests can stand without breaking the social distancing protocol.
- All touch points (like door knobs, switches, door handles, safety latches and taps etc.) shall be cleaned regularly with disinfectant cleaner.

- The food must be served only by trained professionals. No contact shall be made with any guest while serving the food.
